Reiki Session-What to expect
Clients are fully clothed during the entire session, so be sure to wear something comfortable.  All you need to do is sit back and relax.  During the session, I will be placing my hands a few inches away from various energy centers.  After each session, a complimentary bottle of water will be provided.

Occasionally, some people will feel worse the next day since stagnant energy is starting to move and blockages are breaking down.  This doesn't happen often, but should such a 'healing reaction' occur, it can easily be remedied with lots of rest and drinking plenty of water. 
Crystal Healing (optional)
I have crystals with healing properties which can be placed upon various energy centers to aid in the healing process.  You may choose which ever stone calls to you and it will be used during the session.  All stones are cleansed energetically after each use.
Children and Pets
Both children and pets accept ki/chi (energy) better and faster than most adults.  Because of this, their session will be shorter in duration.  Please note, a parent must be present during a session.
