You may be asking:

 What Is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy based healing modality founded by Dr. Usui in Japan.  We are all made up of energy and if we get an "energy block" due to stress, it can cause us to feel sick.  Reiki gently uses energy to improve energy flow, break up those pesky blockages and promote a relaxed state; key ingredients to assist the body in healing. 

Why The Hummingbird?

The hummingbird is a bird I associate with my Godmother, a vivacious woman  who passed away in 2006 of Amyloidosis.  It also symbolizes healing and joy, two qualities which represent my practice
